How to: Copy an annotation.
Solution:
Display the annotation marks, select the reference mark to be copied, and paste the mark where the new text is to be inserted.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Annotations'. (Any annotation marks and the annotation window appears)
2) Select the desired annotation reference mark.
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
4) Position the insertion point where the annotation text is to appear.
5) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. (A new annotation mark is inserted, and the text from the original annotation mark is copied.)
